Her skillsets are a best match for someone looking for pain relief, injury treatment and sports massage without much fluff. Amy has extensive experience in sports massage and is currently active with Team USA and some of the best college and pro athletes in the world. In addition to working in the clinic here, Amy travels frequently and often has a limited schedule. She has been a member of four Olympic and Paralympic Teams and is looking forward to supporting for a fifth Olympic Games in Paris the summer of 2024.

We are delighted to welcome Elizabeth Weber to the Human Body Works team! Elizabeth is a highly skilled and enthusiastic massage therapist with seven years of experience in therapeutic bodywork and a deep commitment to holistic wellness.

Elizabeth completed her diploma at the Cortiva Institute’s School of Massage Therapy and has since developed a diverse and specialized skill set. Her expertise includes solid treatment planning and execution, myofascial release, neuromuscular therapy, and dynamic cupping. Additionally, she is adept in prenatal and oncology massage, hot stones, and lymphatic drainage, which allows her to provide highly customized care for each client.

In her previous roles at Hand and Stone in West Melbourne, where she served as Lead LMT, and Massage Luxe in St. Petersburg, Elizabeth was known for her professional and friendly demeanor. She excelled in competent client assessment analysis, ensuring that every treatment was tailored to effectively address her clients’ needs.

Elizabeth’s background also includes technical and consultative leadership roles at RSA Securities and The rSmart Group, where she applied her problem-solving skills and leadership abilities in a different business context. This diverse experience enhances her approach to massage therapy, blending technical precision with compassionate care.

Jason Frost, is a dedicated massage therapist committed to unlocking the full potential of the human body. Since graduating from the Port Townsend School of Massage in 2018, he has cultivated his expertise in various settings, including a serene resort and retreat center on The San Juan Islands, and more recently in a dynamic insurance-based clinical environment.

These experiences have equipped him with the skills and knowledge to provide exceptional clinical treatments tailored to each individual’s needs. Jason’s journey through these diverse landscapes has deepened his understanding of the intricacies of the human body and its capacity for healing and restoration. From soothing relaxation to targeted therapeutic interventions, he has developed a versatile skill set to address the unique needs of each client.

With a background and continued interest in baseball, golf and sports. Jason understands the physical demands athletes face and the importance of targeted therapy for injury prevention and recovery. She is a certified strength and conditioning specialist and holds a CSCS. She is certified in “taping and scraping” through both Rock Tape and Graston systems. Amy has been practicing massage therapy since 1996. She is Nationally Board Certified, has a BAS in Massage Therapy, Licensed in Washington and Oregon and has been to 4 Olympic and Paralympic Games in a Sports Massage Therapy role for Team USA. She is very experienced with the rigors of high level athletics and stays up to date in sports medicine settings to understand current trends in sports medicine and collaborate with allied health providers. In the Olympia area Amy works with everyone, most commonly the folks who “hustle”; be it gardening, knitting, trail running or cycling… most of Amys clients appreciate her ability to unwind what they “over-use”.
